Grace Hulin
About
Grace Hulin joined James Wood Law as a new associate attorney in 2025. She is excited to work with and learn from such an amazing and compassionate legal team.
Born and raised in a small town in south central Illinois, Grace moved to Phoenix, Arizona, for law school and fell in love with the area.
Grace earned her Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connel College of Law at Arizona State University. In law school, Grace served as the Director of Business and External Affairs for the Law Journal for Social Justice and as Secretary of the Environmental Law Society. She also volunteered in the Indian Legal Clinic, drafting and executing wills for tribal clients.
Prior to law school, Grace graduated cum laude from Drake University, earning her bachelor’s degree in both Environmental Sciences and Zoo and Conservation Sciences. While earning her degree, she maintained an experiential focus on photography and journalism through her extracurriculars and work experiences.
Outside of work, Grace is a zealous advocate for the natural world. She once spent three months camping across the western United States. Now, she spends her time exploring Arizona’s many beautiful hiking trails.
